Hilltop Wedding

Natalie is one of those people you instantly love the minute you talk to her. Her easy going, no fuss attitude and open mind to every single idea we had made her the most perfect, fun client to work with.

“I really love all the detail that goes in the long planks they just look like they are overflowing with food and thats what I am after, from the grapes that drape over to the edge to the crackers that cascade across the board and bread sticks that give height. Just a really grand over the top look with the food” - So thats what we gave her.

The grazing board was all set out on the verandah, that overlooked the flowing hills of The Hunter Valley. We made it fit in with their bohemian/rustic theme that included the cutest camper van bar.

As the guests arrived the 3 metre board was ready. It had them all salivating the whole way through the ceremony as they all eagerly waited to be able to start grazing.

We had something to everyone on the plank. Including some very special items - 2 whole smoked salmons, 3 large cheese wheels, boutique  fudge, chocolate and duck breast.

We also included a small platter to the side for the Bride, Groom and Bridal Party to enjoy as they got photos.

We used lots of greenery to fill the plank and covered the front with gums. I believe we gave Natalie what she wanted - big, grand, statement and overflowing.

Natalie & Nick, you were an absolute delight and we wish you endless love and happiness.
